## Output profiles are discoverable

api

`GET /public/v1/output-profiles` lists the documents your organisation may name
in `output_profiles`, resolved for your organisation rather than copied from a
static list. An unknown key is now refused as `unknown_output_profile` with the
offending keys and the valid ones in the message, instead of the generic
`validation_error`. The quickstart names `meeting_summary`, the key it should
have named from the start.
