# Use Revero from an AI assistant

> Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code to your meetings, decide what the assistant may do, and take the access back.

Revero has an MCP server: an address an AI assistant connects to so it can
work with your meetings on your behalf. Claude, ChatGPT and Claude Code can all
connect to it. Once connected, you can ask the assistant things like "what did
we decide in yesterday's project meeting?" or "move last week's customer
meetings to the Sales folder".

## The server address

```text
https://api.revero.no/mcp
```

You can also copy it from [Settings → Connected agents](https://revero.no/settings/agents)
in Revero, where the steps for each assistant are repeated.

> **Note**
>
> This documentation site has its own MCP server, for searching these pages. That one is for coding
> tools and cannot read your meetings. Use the address above.

## Your organisation needs agent access

Agent access is part of an organisation's subscription. If Connected agents
says agent access is not part of your organisation's subscription, an assistant
cannot reach your meetings in that organisation. Contact Revero at
[support@revero.no](mailto:support@revero.no) to get it.

## What you agree to

The first time an assistant connects, it opens a Revero sign-in page. Sign in
with the account you use in Revero. The consent page that follows asks two
things.

**Which organisation.** One approval covers one organisation. If you belong to
several, connect the assistant again for each one you want it to reach.

**What the assistant may do.** Reading your notes is always included. Every
other permission is a separate checkbox, and you can leave any of them
unticked.

| Permission | What it lets the assistant do |
| -------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Read notes and folders | Always included. Read meeting notes, folders, meeting tracks and the review queue, but not the transcript. |
| Read the transcript | Read the word for word text of what was said in the meeting. The transcript leaves Revero when you grant this. |
| Organise notes | Change folders, meeting tracks and process runs. |
| Share notes | Create public links and share notes with people, groups or organisations. |
| Move meetings to the trash | Move meetings to the trash. They can be restored until the trash is emptied. |

The assistant acts as you. It can only reach what you can reach yourself in
that organisation.

The trash is emptied after a set number of days, and your organisation's
retention policy can remove a meeting sooner. After that it is deleted for
good.

## Narrow or remove access

Open [Settings → Connected agents](https://revero.no/settings/agents). Every
assistant you have approved in the current organisation is listed there, with
what it may do.

* **Narrow access** takes permissions away. To give an assistant more, connect
  it again from the assistant and approve the new permissions.
* **Remove access** disconnects the assistant at its next request.

Removing Revero inside the assistant does not withdraw what you approved.
Remove the access in Connected agents as well.
